Paleo is 'DANGEROUS' because it includes the colourful, nutrient-dense foods on the left? Should we instead eat the highly processed refined carbohydrates on the right? Well, according to the Dietician's Association of Australia, we should...though, I wonder which companies are currently sponsoring the DAA?
